Brewed by an ascending infusion as in the past, with Flemish hops, then fermented with tall yeasts, 3 Monts is a high-quality tasting beer. Beer with character, topped with a tight and persistent head, 3 Monts is a lager with a very rich aromatic profile. Indeed, there is a nice presence of hops as well as fruity and lemony notes.
