Aperol is a light aperitif based on herbs, plants and bitter orange. It was created in 1919 by the brothers Silvio and Luigi Barbieri, in Padua, in northern Italy. The recipe for the authentic Spritz; in a glass filled with ice cubes, pour:
- 3 vol. of Prosecco Riccadonna
- 2 vol. from Aperol
- 1 dash of sparkling water,
Garnish with a slice of orange: It’s ready!
