Do you know who Chaureans and Chauriennes are? They are the inhabitants of Castelnaudary, small town of Aude in the south of France, between Toulouse and Carcassonne, famous all over the world for its famous cassoulet.

La Belle Chaurienne is therefore aptly named since, installed for 50 years in this beautiful city, it is the main standard bearer of its gastronomic know-how. Indeed, there are cassoulets of La Belle Chaurienne everywhere in France!

Cassoulet with pork cooked with duck fat:
Beans ingots 400 g net (36% at implementation). Cooked sauce: water, tomato paste, salt, duck fat (0.3% total net weight), garlic, pepper. Charcuterie and meat 180 g net (31% at implementation): grilled Toulouse sausages (meat and pork fat, water, natural gut pork, salt, pepper, pork meat (13% at the implementation of the total net weight).


Before opening, keep dry and at room temperature
After opening, keep in a cool place and consume quickly.

We advise you to pour the cassoulet in a terrine and to bake in the oven for thirty minutes. Otherwise pour into a saucepan and heat over low heat for ten minutes, stirring regularly.
