As the sun rises in the second half of the 20th century, some farmers in Picardy , one of the largest potato growing regions , decide to pool their efforts to meet the growing demand from French households.

And so the company was born in the form of an agricultural cooperative , precisely in Vic-sur-Aisne. Hence the name, Vico. Who imagines then that this small collective of the potato will become an icon and will, 60 years later, part of the French heritage?
